Al Coro - New York City
Pastafarians rejoice! Your vessel to Al Coro pasta Mecca has arrived, and it's called Dined There, Sipped That! Chef Melissa Rodriguez is no stranger to your final destination. In fact, she's a bit of an OG, having been permanent in the kitchen at 85 10th Ave since 2011 and through Del Posto's prime. It's now her own to showcase her culinary expertise and vision.
Known for her leadership, Chef Rodriguez transformed the Al Coro into a destination for refined Italian dining. After taking over in 2022, she earned two Michelin stars within the first year of operation making Al Coro one of only two restaurants ever in the city to debut with this accolade. Her innovative approach combines traditional Italian techniques with modern flavors, solidifying her reputation as one of New York's top chefs.
Al Coro’s interior is like a stylish Italian Jazz quartet, where plush seating, moody lighting, and bold art pieces come together to serenade your senses while you dine. Don't worry, scrolling is carb-free!
