Indian Accent - New Delhi

புது தில்லி வரவேற்கிறோம்!...Welcome to New Delhi! Arriving in the country’s capital after having visited Bangalore, Agra and Jaipur, one can immediately see that New Delhi is a Westernized city. In some neighborhoods countless embassies and consulates line the wide, paved streets. Away from the diplomats is the New Friends Colony district, an affluent neighborhood, home to five star lodging and dining. Down the one lane road, nestled away in the corner of this district, on the ground floor of The Manor Hotel, you will find Indian Accent restaurant. Throughout my travels in India I savored many new dishes and flavors at great restaurants, but Indian Accent stands alone in offering modern Indian cuisine through fusion of Indian traditions with ingredients, and techniques, from around the world. Hence their name, adding an "Indian accent", to their preparations. Indian Accent is the only restaurant in India – and one of the few in the world – to be on both The World’s Best Restaurants and Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants lists. On the world list it is ranked at number 77, and on the Asia list it is number 9. Regarded as the most inventive Indian Chefs in the world, Manish Mehrotra studied Pan-Asian cuisine for nine years before opening the restaurant in 2009. India is a country rich in culture, history and food! I hope you enjoy my non-Vegetarian Chef's Tasting Menu at Indian Accents.
