World's First Blue Wine

For what ever reason blue hue'd alcoholic beverages have never really caught on. Sure there's Hpnotiq, Alizé and Magellan gin which have remained on the market since being introduced, but none have really made a huge splash in the wine & spirits industry. Things may change this fall when Gik, the world's first blue wine, hits the U.S. market in October. Gik is the result of some clever lab work by young entrepreneurs in Spain. The wine is a blend and get's is blue hue from organic pigments. Will you be sampling some blue wine when it hits the shelves? You can pre-order the blue boozy beverage and find out more about Gik below.
