There are few names in the culinary world that rival Daniel Boulud. The French Chef has built a restaurant empire without compromising quality that spans across the continent, in addition to international locations in London and Singapore. Even still, he calls Manhattan home for himself and his showcase restaurant, Daniel, located in NY's posh Upper East Side. Mr.Boulud has chosen to surround himself by some phenomenal chefs in the Big Apple and still is considered one of the elite amongst, and by, his peers. Raised on his family's farm just south of Lyon, he learned an appreciation for fresh ingredients at a young age. Chef cooks with a modern wrist to elevate the traditional and rustic influence he keeps at heart.

As you walk in through the brass lined revolving doors and pass the elegant lounge, the dinning room is quite impressive with its lofty ceilings, contemporary decor and neo-classic architecture.  The restaurant's accolades go on and on including two Michelin stars, number 71 on The 2016 World's Best Restaurants list and several James Beard awards including "Best Chef, New York City." Daniel also holds the Relais & Chateaux banner, is a member of Les Grandes Tables du Monde and has notably been honored with the exceptional title of "Chevalier de la légion d'Honneur" by the French Government.
